The article discusses the issue of teaching proverbs and sayings related to the themes of «mother», «woman», and «girl» in Kazakh and Turkish using case study technologies. The effectiveness of the case study method in teaching the meaning, similarities, and differences of proverbs and sayings, as well as the worldview characteristics of the people embedded in them, is substantiated. The case method helps develop students' value systems, research-oriented approaches, independent thinking, teamwork skills, and the ability to find optimal solutions in non-standard situations.
The article also examines the objectives of using proverbs and sayings on the themes of «mother», «woman», and «girl» in Kazakh and Turkish, their role in expanding general and linguistic horizons, fostering moral and aesthetic education, and enhancing speech culture. The relevance and necessity of applying this technology in contextualization, reinforcement, and practical speaking and writing tasks are emphasized.
