 Subject area the following: philology (linguistics, literary studies, methodologyof teaching language and literature).

 Publication languages are kazakh, english, turkish, Russian.

 Frequency is 4 times a year.

The scientific journal "Bulletin of Shakarim University. Philology Series" (hereinafter – the journal) has been published since 1997. It is intended for researchers, lecturers, master's and doctoral students, as well as undergraduate students. The founder and publisher of the journal is the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "Shakarim University of the city of Semey" (hereinafter – Shakarim University).

The aim of the journal is to contribute to the development of philological science and to create an open platform for scholarly discussion among scientists and researchers. The journal publishes research results with scientific novelty related to current issues in language and literature.

The journal has an officially approved cover and title page, designed in accordance with standards, which include: the name of the university, publication details, ISSN number, editorial board members, editorial policy, publication ethics, and the official website.

Published articles are registered in the CrossRef database, and each article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), which facilitates citation and access to scientific publications.

The editorial board includes leading scholars from Kazakhstan and other countries.

The journal adheres to the principles of information transparency: full-text versions of the articles are available in open access on the official journal website in three languages.
