Rules for Authors
Scientific articles are submitted to the editors of the journal MEMST 7.5-98 “Magazines, collections, information publications. Preparation of materials for publication”, MEMST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. “General requirements and rules of compilation” are drawn up in accordance with basic publishing standards.
A regular issue of the journal may only publish one manuscript by one author or one manuscript by the same author as part of a group of co-authors.
The number of authors of a collective article should not exceed 3 authors.
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be unpublished.
Manuscripts will be published in the order of the queue. The number of articles published in one journal issue should not exceed 35.
The magazines are published 4 times a year (quarterly).
The manuscript is sent to the editorial office in electronic form via the official website of the scientific journal.
To send a manuscript to the editors, you must register on the journal's official website.
To conduct the double (hidden) review procedure, authors are asked to provide two versions of the article: the first is with personal data, the second is without personal data. The article will not be reviewed if the principle of secret review is violated.
During the formal verification of the manuscript's compliance with the requirements (formalization of the manuscript), the editorial board of the journal uses the anti-plagiarism verification system provided by the Shakarim University subscription to check for the presence of facts displaying someone else's text in the manuscript without a reference.
Based on the results of the anti-plagiarism checking system, manuscripts with a uniqueness of at least 75% are sent for further review.
The editors do not perform literary or stylistic editing of the article.
Incorrectly formatted articles will not be accepted for publication and will be returned to the authors. The date of receipt of the latest version of the article is considered to be the date of its publication.
The decision to accept a manuscript for publication is made after the peer review process.
The review of the manuscript is carried out anonymously, the name of the reviewer is unknown to the author, and the name of the author of the article is unknown to the reviewer.
